vLittle was revealed about the upcoming handset but Ahtisarri was raising expectations at every turn, suggesting that the device will apparently have a breakthrough technology that will revolutionize the user experience. These are words that are not used lightly within the industry and time will be the true test to see if the new product changes the smartphone market.

Sigh... Windows phone will never be an iPhone "killer"... only Android does that.

Pretty sure nokia has sold more phones in its lifetime than Apple, just that no one tracked these types of things until the iphone came out.

I Think they meant the specifications, Its a number one seller because its sleek, user friendly and it has the famous "apple" logo smacked on it. Android isn't that user friendly ( i have a android phone).
Windows Phone 7 is user friendly, but the issue is that, They're not marketed by providers alot, and the idea is kinda new compared to iPhone and Android.

It's a nokia, so yes biggrin.gif

I hope they do something completely different. The iPhone is dated in that you are so restricted.

But speaking of dated, this 2006 Macbook pro is so dated iPhone is not in it's dictionary and keeps thinking I am spelling something wrong.

Yes, because Golf 3, which sold billions of units is clearly better designed than Bugatti Veyron
post #10 of 107
Found it: Nokia 1100 sold 250 million units - http://gizmodo.com/5634258/the-most-popular-phone-in-the-world?skyline=true&s=i

iphone have sold more than 200, however there has been 4+ models: http://ipod.about.com/od/glossary/f/how-many-iphones-sold.htm

Nokia maanaged to make 1 model of a phone that has outsold every model of the iphone put together. Nokia wins in popularity hands down mate
