Connecting old VGA to old TV and using new VGA for movies and gaming

Hi, all.

I am trying to connect my PC to my old but big and still working TV.
The problem is my GTX 470 has only DVIs and miniHDMI outs, not S-video out.
On my TV there is only SCART. But I also have old 7300LE with S-Video out.
So, is it possible to connect the old card with S-video to my Scart on the TV ( with this http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/21-Pin-Scart-Adapter-to-3-Phono-RCA-Sockets-S-Video-AV-Audio-Video-TV-DVD-S02-/160731969984?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_3&hash=item256c5f39c0#ht_3067wt_905) but will it be possible to see on the TV when I play games or watch movies using my GTX 470 ? Thanks and sorry for my English...

You can just get a straight DVI- Svideo cable, the 470 can convert the signal. If I am understanding correctly.

But I thnik there is a problem... the DVI signal is digital but the S-video and Composite are analog, that why it need converter like this one http://www.dealextreme.com/p/usb-powered-vga-to-composite-s-video-converter-box-1280-1024px-max-26804

The signal comes from the device and the 470 can put out both digital and analog signals. Would double check to be sure but that is how I understand it.
