I believe it is around 85 when using TAT, but I'd keep it way below that. around 60-65 to be safe. My E6400 is @ 53 at load with TAT OCed to 3.2.

Check out Thumper's thread. Personally I feel that 60C is a healthy max load temp (measured with TAT).

I have a 1:1 ratio with my FSB:Ram. So FSB= 400 ram =800. w/ no voltage changes, All of them are at stock. I need better ram =\\. Its holding me back.
