ok so i got my first ssd in the mail today and i followed seans windows 7 installation guide and installed windows on it and did the comand prompt partition thing but when i go to boot with my WD HDD i get a blue screen that quickly disappears and then a black screen shows up telling me to put windows cd in and go to the repair option. i dont know whats wrong but when i boot with just the ssd windows loads fine and when i boot with just the HDD it works fine also but when both are plugged in it does not work. Windows 7 is installed on both drives but the ssd only has windows installed and no drivers or anything.... please help me with this problem i dont really know what i am doing and it would be greatly appreciated. sorry for the long post and thanks in advance

maybe it because of the ahci is enable, it did the same to me when i installed my ssd with ahci enable, so i had to turn off ahci and then it booted up, i change it back in the system setting after to have ahci enable

is the data you want to keep from teh HDD backed up? just format it if so. if not then you have to back it up or adjust the partitions

And delete the 100MB system reserve partition on the HDD too.
