Anyone Using Speedfan for their Cabinets? I need Help

Hello all,

I need Suggestion and Help from those who use Speedfan to control their Case Fans.
I use it but as i see i can Control only the CPU Fan ( Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo) , and cannot find any setting to use the rest of the Case Fans. Can anybody Help me?

Speedfan version is 4.45 and My Cabinet is Corsair Carbide 400 R.

Or is there any other software that might help?

Thank You.

Yeah, SpeedFan is totally confusing me. I only got it to work by accident. redface.gif

For me to help, it would depend on what method you want to control the fans. If it's by temp I could just show you my settings.

edit:
I figured out SpeedFan after almost two days. thumb.gif

First look at your fan tab, and see what's there. Whatever you see are not fans, but all available fan headers in your system, both 3-pin and 4-pin (PWM).

Are you saying that on that tab you only see your CPU fan/sensor?

Well it should be simple with one fan.

A couple of things are confusing about SpeedFan; the "Fans" tab is actually showing your motherboard's sensors/headers, but the "Speeds" tab is actually showing your fans.

1. On the Fans tab select the your CPU fan, or whatever is showing an RPM reading (CPU or Sys or Aux, etc.)

2. On the Speeds tab select whatever is on the same sensor, then set the minimum speed and maximum speed for the fan.

That's all you need to do if you just want to manually control the fan. You don't even need the min/max limit.
