Check out like a page or two back...I quoted his post where he updated us. He just hasn't updated the OP. But things are looking good, they just need to iron out a few details.

I voted yes. I would be willing to buy one around the middle of may to beginning of june. Barebones. Screen only. A stand would be nice. But no speakers. I would be willing to shell out no more than $500 for one of these, something more like $400 shipped would be nice. I don't really want to push it past 60hz, I could but don't REALLY want to.

If this ends up working out, I have my Nvidia and AMD Video OC guides for these monitors, as well as 1440p screen capturing guide in my signature now. wink.gif So all we need is the monitors to become ready now! =D

I'm not sure if this has been already discussed but can 2x GTX 580s SLI push up to 120Hz?

I believe, if I'm not mistaken, that only the GTX 680 can hit 120hz. And even then, only when used as a single card. In SLI mode, you're capped at 101hz top end.

Really? That's disgusting. Guess I'll try selling my 580s.
