Probably a month to organize, after it goes official... then to mass produce in enough quantities to sell to meet demand, maybe another month.

Been following the Catleap Club thread for awhile now with plans to purchase the Q270 SE this week until I saw this thread. Had to register to put my vote in!

- Perfect Pixel
- Single Input
- No Scaler
- No Glass & AG
- Dual-DVI (No DP because it would require implementation time)
- Vesa Mount/No Stand.

I guess for the most part all they would need to do is start rolling the 2B model again and I think a lot of us would be happy. Thanks to everyone for all their info contributions. It's been a godsend.

Been following this thread and others for since release of this display, would've pulled trigger on Monday, just waited on Crossover reviews. Definitely will wait to hear on this first. Hopefully it can be decided soon, finishing up new build by the end of this weekend, all it needs is 2 2560x1440...
~ 100+hz
~ no dead pixels
~ basic casing
~ no stand
~ DP & DVI would be awesome but not as big of deal.

I'd be in for two minimum. your doing an awesome job.
EDIT: be nice if seller is also quick-to-ship + responsive/stress free tracking like some of the mentioned sellers.

I'm in for one if:
-0 Dead Pixels (a must)
-120hz+ capable
-No Dust or strong AG coating
-Brightness adjustment (no OSD needed just for that though)

Better Stand with Pivot and a Thinner Bezel would be a big plus.
like jbuschdev linked: http://item.taobao.com/item.htm?id=13809403751

No Scaler, No Processor.
Displayport and Dual-DVI connectors without adding lag.

With shipping etc for 400-500$ / 300-400€

I'd actually prefer a more resistant packaging option than just bubblewrap, though.
Also stress free tracking.
Am from Europe, Germany.

Having 120Hz offers more options for uber-fluid video playback and 3D, given that you have a videocard which can do 1440p @120hz.
Without any OSD for Gamma Correction, Black Level adjustment, 6 axis color correction and profile options I'd really not pay more,
we are buying almost directly from the manufacturer after all.
Not to mention possible hassle with customs and lack of on-site warranty.

would buy at least one (possibly more) if:

no tempered glass, no speaker, no scaler, no ag coating, no PWM brightness control, 100-120 Hz
"perfect pixel" or better guarantee
DP-only would be nice but can live with dual link dvi for now.
available within 6 weeks

BTW does anyone know if these use PWM for brightness control? I assume it doesn't since the mac and hp models with the same panel do not, but make sure these modifications do NOT add it!
