Sounds great. If it really turns out to be a 0 defect, 100+ hz, no input lag monitor I would buy one in a heartbeat

I'd go for one "barebone" single input monitor, either DVI or DP if it's priced close enough.

That is if this new monitor does not end up a lot more expensive than the current 60hz one in the first place.

edit: I voted maybe

As the poster above, I'd be in IF and ONLY if it is 0 defect, 100+ Hz (really I'd prefer 120, even If current GPUs won't output that high), and affordable.

Also some sort of warranty would be nice but that's pushing it.

So... could we get it OCN branded instead of the silly Korean brand name? tongue.gif

I'd almost definitely go for one if it were 100hz guaranteed. I don't care which input it has, displayport or dual-link DVI or both. Price would have to be reasonable, maybe $450-470 USD or less. I voted a "maybe".

EDIT: Also, is it possible to have the listing state the power brick type (i.e. is it certified for USA usage with appropriate cable)? I know it technically is, but it would be good to have it stated by the seller/manufacturer.

Its Yamakasi Catleap Q270 with the correct PCB smile.gif

I would buy at least 1 100Hz+ version of this monitor, with the goal of buying 3 for eyefinity.

That would be awesome... biggrin.gif. If it's stated for American usage in the listing I'd be going for one 100% sure.

EDIT: I see some of the newer listings show the European certification, so all good thumb.gif!

Although I would buy a 100 Hz Catleap, I would be happier if the seller could instead arrange to have the 100 Hz versions of the Crossover manufactured. Nicer stand and casing.

That wont be the case, this guy is working with, or close with Yamakasi, and have mentioned Corssover and the other brands as competitors.
Maybe we could wish for a better stand instead wink.gif

Stand is of little concern to me as you can buy one for $20-30 online that works fine with VESA holes. Obviously, if we can get a better stock stand at minimal extra expense that would be great, but I wouldn't botch the deal over it.

I'd definitely be in for one unit, actually.
