Internal power supply (if not interference), cables down (not in the right side)!
And I hope that the 100hz will work stably! thumb.gif

Not having an internal power supply is one of the best things about this monitor. Lets you easily replace one if it blows.

Most monitors I have seen stop working have been due to some sort of failure in their power supply.

120Hz
NVidia 3D Vision support (as I can see from HyperMatrix post we only need driver for it)

External! Several people have had trouble with theirs and it's so much easier to diagnose and fix without it inside the monitor. Also makes it lighter.

Definitely external. I would also be willing to pay more if they could include a PSU made by a decent manufacturer, rather than the random generics we have been seeing.

Too much bandwidth for DVI.

Poor ventilation - often burn! But it may create internal interference! And the effect on image quality!...

dual link dvi has no limit, it's dependent on the video card's ramdac.

edit: well, technically it has the copper bandwidth limitations, but that's going to be irrelevant for a long time

I just created an account for this.

Okay, so I got into here from another forum... started looking up for bigger screens with more pixels, and there were people commenting on the Korean monitors - naturally, I started on checking what the hell is going on with people ordering from abroad. When I first saw this group buy thing, I thought it was just another "only in America" thing, but seeing that the OP is from Denmark, I've got my hopes up for Europe as well. Customs can be a pain, but it'd still end up being cheaper. And the monitor is more to my than the Dell U2771.

So, if the price is within a reasonable range when compared to what we see on eBay now (starting from around 350 USD, delivered, without customs etc) with the PCB, I am very interested indeed. Just keep us updated whether if it's going to happen. thumb.gif

EDIT:

The group buy is not going to happen from what I understood, but the reasonable range is that we don't talk about 500+ or anything like that.

The only thing there is to this, is how long it takes for them to answer. I do (kind of tongue.gif) need a bigger screen, so if it's taking weeks, I may have taken some sort of action already.
