Why didnt the monitors that u get with the 60$ extra "no dead pixel" thing get to A+ quality?

Because those are entirely different panels. These monitors use the panels that don't qualify for A+ according to a machine tester. The A+ panels all go to high end monitor companies (i.e. Dell, HP, Apple, etc).

So far, none. Time will tell, but no one has said anything to the contrary.

Its the pixel clock rate. If the other Kepler cards have the same configuration, they should theoretically.

In on this.

Question: what kind of backlight is this monitor using? LED backlight or LED edgelight? Personally I hate LED edgelight so much!

Oh, ****. I'll have to wait with buying a graphics card I guess smile.gif. 680 is too much for me.

LED edge-lit is a form of LED backlight. Perhaps you meant to compare edge-lit to direct-lit (array). I'm going to guess the Catleap uses the cheaper and thinner edge-lit form. In any case, I don't think there's any reason to "hate" it. The difference may be more noticeable on larger screens (40"+), but I doubt it's much of an issue with a 27" screen.

I have a question. I want to buy this monitor when it is released, but the ebay listings say my card is not compatible (HD5970). Why is it not compatible?

Who knows?

No seriously, who knows? We don't know. As far as we can tell, all of those cards marked as incompatible should (and do) work with Catleaps.
