Also stuck with Comcast, and they already throttling me even though I get only half way to that cap from all the downloads from Steam and watching Youtube, plus with the occasional hosting of a server. What the real kicker is I bought music off of Bandcamp, and downloaded the FLAC versions. Later on Comcast sent me voice message saying I was illegally downloading............really I need to see if I can find a better internet provider.
I have talked to some people about downloading music and movies, and most everyone I know considers it as sharing, not as pirating.
Dang, back when I was in my teens everybody shared CDs and ripped them, then came USBs and that made it even easier.
Now there so many ways to get music, movies, etc., I don't really see how they can stop it. Sshhhhh, I seen people share music across Skype.
