I am replacing my G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 4GB (2 x 2GB) for a 2x4 setup... which of these RAM modules is better for am3+?

These are almost same, go with the cheapest one with the lowest voltage and lowest timings.

Warranties are the same (lifetime) across pretty much all the companies.  I recommend grabbing the least expensive kit.  1.5V vs 1.65V is not an issue on any DDR3 platform at the moment, including LGA1155.  The Mushkin kit being the least cost looks like a great choice.

out of your selection, just get these

they look good a lower profile that the corsair and better looking than the other G.Skill LOL
other than that they all look the same in spec wise and probably very similar in performance smile.gif

Any of those will work fine. There is no "best" between the kits per se as they all have the same frequency and latencies except the first RAM kit which is rated "2N". 1N is often faster though not by a lot.

Since they are essentially the same price/performance, pick the kit that you like that clears your CPU HSF and enjoy.
