AMD Phenom 1075t Overclocking help

Thread Starter
Hi guys

After a little help with my overclocking of this chip. I seem to be hitting a wall at 255FSB (3.8GHz) when i go a little above this prime95 blue screens in a second or 2.

Temps are fine, max it ever goes is 41

Any tips on what to lower, increase change etc etc. Everything i have is new so shouldn't be faulty equipment.

I personally think its something to do with ram timings but unsure.

My kit is

CPU:1075T
Mobo: M5a97
RAM: Patriot Viper Xtreme Div.2 (1866MHz) (9-11-9-27) Voltage: 1.65V

and here is an image of stable settings
