Dude, if your temps are in the 40's, don't waste your time worrying about it. That's just fine.

You could try removing your IHS if you are feeling a little adventurous. There is a really good guide to it on the site. I did it the other day and my CPU idles at 26*C with stock voltage and ambient temperatures of about 70*F or about 21*C.

You stated you wanted to use more as5, how much did you put on in the first place? You might have put on too much and the heat transfer is crap.

Also, those "Fan Connectors" on your PSU are pretty much worthless, unless you want a quieter pc. I have that same PSU, and plug your fans into "normal" 4 pin connectors, because the "fan connecters" REALLY SLOW DOWN your fans, trust me. My pc is loud now, but my temps dropped liek 6C from plugging them into normal 4pin psu connectors.

well i just did some serious cable managment, the psu only has one non fan 4 pin molex, so i just hooked up both fans and hd to that linking to each other. The pc still sounds the same, so I dunno if it worked or not. The next items I'll be getting is 1 more 120mm fan for the front intake and a fan controller. Hopefully running the fan controller will let me adjust fan even if i have to use the blue fan connector.

well temps seem to be a little better, gonna let it run and see if they stay. They are now around 30-33 degrees for the cpu and 35 degrees celsius for the system temps. Mike
