Not sure what you are talking about. I don't even know how to use virtu MVP. Doesn't virtu MVP have to do with integrated graphics which my CPU doesn't have. Also it does say 2 680's in my sig rig and its also my avatar. I would never try and cheat. I don't even think my score is that great for 2 680's.

If you read there website virtu MVP is only possible with integrated graphics " The Virtu Universal MVP allows you to combine the CPU integrated graphics processor to your regular video card, increasing gaming performance."

My 3930k doesn't have integrated graphics.

Dude, honestly, im not trying to insult you or call u a cheat. I looked at your post from my phone yesterday. The score page picture you have shows the "News: Important Note about LucidLogix Virtu MVP and 3DMark" warning.

I thought that only appeared when you ran 3DMark with it on. I then look down to your sig, didnt make the connection of your 3930k not having an igpu (my own blunder), saw your board (which for some reason i swore I saw Maximus V Gene, the Rampage IV Extreme i dont believe even has Lucid), than saw Nvidia GTX 680. I didnt notice the second Nvidia GTX 680 next to it as most people normally write Nvidia GTX 680 SLI or somthing of the sort.

Can you all please forgive me? rolleyes.gif

Welp to all of you, I already stated I know they have different clocks what I was asking was weather or not the difference is worth paying for or is the small performance gain something I can just overclock myself. I'm sure the evga site doesn't say that I should buy their cheapest one and overclock it to equal one that I pay an extra 50 dollars for...

For overclocking purposes, they are all the same. Some just have a higher factory clock than others. The only different one is the classified which has some card you can add on to it for more overclocking.

Can I join the club? biggrin.gif

IMG_20120615_200359.jpg

I got the EVGA SC Signature model with the 6+8 instead of 6+6 power. Will I see some decent OCs if I can get my hands on a waterblock? I managed to hit 5.1ghz pretty easily on my 2700k, I'm hoping the GPU will be a decent overclocker as well.

Anybody noticing inconsistant stability with overclocks with this card. In the past, with other cards, I go through the overclocking process once or twice...bump clocks, test, no issues...rinse/repeat. Once established I back down from the max OC a few notches and leave the card at those clocks for the remainder of its useful life. Sometimes you can get a little increase with driver updates but I generally just let the initial OC stand. However, with this card I have gone through the OC process numerous times only to find issues arising with well-established and tested OCs. I originally was able to OC my EVGA GTX680 to +160/+500. A month or so ago I had to bring it down to +140/+400 and I just had to bring it down further to +120/+400. I've never had to back off well established and tested OCs before, as noted I've only experienced slight increased OC headroom with driver updates. I don't know what the deal is but am concerned about performance degradation over time. Anyone else having to lower their established OCs with this card?
