I have a Asus P8Z68-V Gen 3 board with my 680..does anybody know when the pci express 3.0 will start working?

I would check your mobo's updates and google it i would have but im short on time sorry.

Download GPU-Z and check the PCIe status box

Before you do that, make sure you have the latest bios version and set the PCIe to GEN3

Hey thanks yea i updated the latest chipset and bios 3402..then got gpu-z and it says its only running at pci express 2.0..wonder why...i couldnt find a setting in bios to change the pcie to gen 3..looked everywhere:/
