Hey guy I'm able to get 58 on the core mhz but the mem is at 198 mhz and I pull about 107% power when I do this as well. gotta love that extra power draw.

Definitely set that manual fan profile to get that fan on tilt by like 65ºC so it doesn't throttle at 70ºC.

So.

Can I use this bios tweak to overclock both of my Reference GTX 680's? One of them does 1300mhz and the other is @ like 1250 or so.

I am all for Hardware Modding cards but IMO the risk out weighs the small gain you receive with this Flash. You don't know the long term effects of what this will do to your cards.. I would wait awhile and see if guys start reporting failures due to this...18 months ago i flashed a 6950 to a 6970 and just recently started showing strange purple streaks in some games and video..its a dual bios card so i switched back to factory bios.. no change... Just trying to give you some friendly advice.. Im not sure if running the memory hard or the gpu hard caused it... But thats what happened to me..smile.gif

Thing is. I'm nearly positive it won't do any harm as that's barely any increase in voltage, but it's probably enough to push the card a little harder. The 6950's were not the same as the 6970's, there was a reason they were locked and I understand why that would show X amount of months later.

I'm all for it right now thumb.gif

I would not touch this Bios mod with a 10 foot poll 1% performance for the risks very very much so not worth it...

Risks being Ref cards are pushed to there voltage limits now.. This is why Nvidia is going nuts about Voltage on these Gpu's..

Plus other then afew points in Heaven your not going to get any real world gains from 30mhz...

Step back and breath and wait for something from Nvidia or atleast wait 2-3 months as that is a normal time frame it takes cards to burn up from to much volts in normal use.

1% performance for 500$ brick cause if your card dies it does void your warranty.

Now if you have a Asus Dc II a Msi lighting a Galaxy SOC Hof or the Gb Soc go for it... I would take the side of caution for the rest.. Until things un fold.
