So is there a general consensus on what 680 is the best? I know with Nvidia placing an injunction on voltage increases, its become more difficult to differentiate all the models. I'm currently interested in the Classified and Lightning, but Classified is locked completely now, and Lightning requires an easy BIOS update, but unfortunately it appears the binning process for that card is not of high quality on the newer locked versions, so exceptional overclocks are no longer guaranteed.

I took a look at your build VERY nice. I'm surprised you were able to get so much into such a small chassis while keeping it looking professional. That's is a build i'd pay for!
