Don't worry then, it is a game issue, since it happens on both AMD and Nvidia I guess it's up to the developers to fix it with a patch.

Got my card in yesterday.

+150 core, +450 memory.

Boost clock hits 1245 or 1258 (I think?) but fan gets pretty loud at that clock.

they really just are glitches, they appear very quickly. they look like quick bursts of fragmented image that does not belong. you will notice it when it happens. you usually only have a second or 2 how ever i find to close the program before it will inevitably crash. if it does it usually just gives you a error that the graphics driver stopped working. best of luck mate! let me know if you got any more questions in a PM because i dont keep up on this thread as much as i would like too.

this seems to be a good P score from what i have seen for a single GPU. stoked a got a 1300mhz card. I tend to be pretty hit or miss with cards lately. glad this one hit. has any one seen some one hit 1400mhz with one of these yet? under water or not. just curious. cheers...

I dont think a i7 really helps out. ATM my 680 is at +130 core (boost up to 1267) and +300 mem (boost up to 3348.) I know i can push it more but no need for that right now. smile.gif

2600K helps a lot in 3Dmark. Your bluefire808's overall score is higher than my 680 +190/+450 (1337Mhz gpu boost) on 2500K @ 4.6. I bet your his graphics score is lower, but your his physics score inflates your his overall result. Try running your bench with HT disabled. We should really compare graphics score to eliminate CPU out of equation.

CPU mainly affects just the Physics and Combined scores - graphics is usually the same. I put my 7970 in my i3 2120 rig and got roughly the same graphics score. Overall was a different story but you get the idea.
