Also just to make sure, you restarted your computer and/or reset precision overclock after the driver crash? After your driver crashes it screws up your OC in precision and heaven will only get about 90% of the normal frames. Making unstable overclocks seem stable. I've just been restarting my computer after every crash... If I don't I can do +190/+500 stable, but as soon as I restart... +140/+500 crashes immediately. EVGA rep posted and that the behavior is normal.
EDIT: I just had a driver crash and tried "reseting" the overclock in precision but it still did not restore 100% performance. Seems like you have to restart your entire computer after each crash. Crash the driver, watch the heaven FPS at the intro. Restart. Look at it now. Mine is about a 5-7FPS difference and this is repeatable with each driver crash. Makes overclocking this card even a larger headache.

Interesting, no I did not restart.
By the way it seems at stock I was getting 46fps and not 43fps, so the performance jump was not much...

Do you think OC'ing the memory will help in performance?
I'll restart and see if I can get more than those 49fps obtained, thanks!
Edit:
Restarting didn't increase performance.
Maybe I need to OC the memory as well, it seems all you guys are OC'ing it, I'll give it a try.
