Just bought a MSI GTX 680. I'm officially done with AMD's bad drivers, coil whine and just all this trouble with the several HD7970's that I got.

If someone gets their card soon, can you run a test run (using fraps benchmark or something) running BF3 Ultra 1080p multiplayer? Trying to decide if I can get away with only 1 or if I should go sli with them.

Going from 580 SLI to one 680 would definately be a huge downgrade.

so then I should get 2 wink.gif? I am returning 1 of my 580s for what I paid and trying to sell the other for 360. So either I will get only 1 680 and save some money or get 2 and only have to spend roughly 120 or so.

I get my 2 680's tomorrow. I hope its enough to run ultra at 2560x1440. I keep hearing you need at least 3GB to run ultra....
