It's a 955 which is a full quad core unlike the Phenom 5xx. Not sure why you would need "core unlocker".

OP stress it with p95 overnight, if you think it's stable but I highly doubt that at ~1.35v. You also didn't say what CPU-NB you've got there, I'm guessing around 2800 for that high overclock? smile.gif

the "core unlocker" being enabled might be causing the core temps not to register.

op: like Thanos said, check the setting of core unlocker. at least that is how i understood it.

Lol if that's still running when he wakes up. Seemed too good to be true, was expecting a "haven't stressed it" response though. frown.gif

My i7 960 @ 0.98v will fail a stress test, but hasn't failed on any games I've played so far.

GOOD MORNING! Here are the results along with some pics. I mean what else could I do? What are BSOD screen shots?

EDIT: Also, where do I see CPU NB?

This is nice and all but i remain skeptical... It would have been nice to get a full screenshot showing cpu-z open with prime95....

With these pictures shown, how do we know you ran it at 4.2ghz all night?

Thank you man! I'm going to be pushing it further later, I'm fairly happy with my temps, so I figured all I can do is go up! When OCing, does blue screening damage the cpu? Its only happened a few times while doing this one, just want to know for future reference.

You would be fine as long as the voltage is within the safety limits and the temp is okay. Push it and keep us updated!
