IC Diamond 7 is the best performing one there, but you are paying a hefty premium for it (considering price / how much you get).

Other than that I'd just get the $12 MX-2
With the exception of the IC Diamond, the difference between most decent TIMs is only 1-2c

MX-2, MX-4 is what I usually use. Works great, temps are great but $15 for MX-4? I get the same size on ebay for $7. biggrin.gif
