I got a reply after a week, by that time I was busy with school, so it took me 3 weeks to reply back and I haven't gotten a response for almost a month. Eventually I will try again. luckily all that happened to me was a stained Mobo tongue.gif

IMO dont get the h100, get the XSPC Rasa 240mm kit. Its around the same price and is actual Water cooling. You will get better performance.thumb.gif

EDIT: I cant seem to find the XSPC Rasa RS240 kit, which is just a tad more than the h100. If $170 isnt too much for you, then the double thick Rasa 240mm RX240 is an option aswell.

I just wanted to share my experience as well. Not with the h100 but the 800D. The power button on those cases is made of plastic very fragile and low and behold after about 100+ using it it broke. Since I was still within the warranty I contacted rms in hopes of getting just the little plastic piece. To my surprise I received the entire front face plate. Which was fine with me cause ohe old one had some scratches . But I really have to admit that corsair has an excellent customer service and really fast. Key for a successful company is a great customer service and specially to stand behind your product and guaranteeing customer satisfaction!

You read horror stories about all manufacturers and I would say about half are user error. Having worked in retail sales I found that about half the public can't walk and chew gum at the same time. I doubt I could keep my sanity working in computer customer service.

I've had good CS from Corsair, Cooler Master and ASUS, some faster then others but the problem was resolved in the end.
