NCSoft sucks/Problem fixed!

So I wanted to log into GW...get a few more points for my HoM, was @ 23, wanted to get at least 25 before release or so.

I logged in just earlier this month, tried logging in, can't for some reason. Tried every password I ever used...none are working. Tried logging into my NCSoft master account...not working!

I can't imagine how I was hacked...never really have been, didn't visit any sites I shouldn't, and I have NOD32 in the backround, with real-time system protection.

I tried answering security questions...gone! No idea why...they don't work. Same answers I always use.

So I open up a support ticket, tell them my story...they ask for my keys. I bought my account from their online store, you know, so it was added automatically to my NCSoft account. So I don't have a physical case with my keys. I never thought to write them down, cause in my 13 years of PC gaming, I've yet to forget a password.

I show them emails of me resetting my password, screenshots of my character(I realize that doesn't mean much), and I tell them around when I bought EoTn & The Bonus Mission pack, as well as the last 4 digits of my CC#.

I have a friends list full of people who could confirm its me, but who knows? I guess that's not really evidence. I named every character and some of their load-out. I had a screenshot of the exact minipets I had in my HoM as well..

Nothing I can do, got a final message from them telling me they can't verify anything.

Been playing since 2007, all expansions, all mission packs, two costumes, thousands of hours.

I provided them with info only an account owner could really have...as well...and they just said I'm out of luck.

Incredibly frustrating, I was going to pre-order GW2 in a heart beat, but this really stuck an arrow in my heart in terms of my love for NCSoft / ArenaNet.

I don't get how anyone could have stolen my account...I really don't, and I've tried every password I've ever used in the history of the time I've used the Internet...so obviously something happened.

Guess I won't be starting GW2 with my reserved name, or any of my HoM stuff...

Wow that sucks im sorry to hear that. Can you call them or talk to someone whos higher above them?

I was already talking to a "Senior Consultant" or whatever crap...

Just there goes thousands of hours, like nothing, for no reason I can understand, except a big "Thanks for all the money, but we have no desire to help you."

Yes, support@ncsoft.com is our official email address, and wleverett@ncsoft.com is my personal work email address.
