When he wlevitt (spelling?) first jumped into this thread, his first post in this thread was only his second post on OCN period. He was a fresh new member from Nov 2011, and nobody knew for sure who he was, and that he really was somebody from NCSoft like he was claiming.
Remember, I could claim I worked at NCSoft, ask for your account information and passwords and such....and then I'd have that information to use for myself. Anybody could do that. He could've googled for the names of people at NCSoft, setup a fake email @ncsoft, and used that information to gain account access.
However he has checked out with Chipp, so that makes him a vendor rep in my book. I've asked Chipp what the precautions we take are, and I assure you it has NEVER given us a problem in the past. So its safe to say that this guy is in fact legit. But we didn't KNOW that before, that's why all the suspicion. He's legit though, so no worries.
