yeah, i don't think it would be worth it unless one wanted to pay the ridiculous shipping. this is indeed a really great video card.

the 480 is still more powerful, but not by a ton. this gtx 560 ti is stable at 1ghz core (the one in the link is clocked at 822mhz), which decreases the gap on a stock 480 significantly. also, this card runs cooler and quieter and consumes less power.

You are looking at around $40. You need to remember that computer parts are super expensive in countries like that, so even though it seems like a lot here, it's still a LOT cheaper than it would be to buy locally.
