Need a new case for a new build

The rig that will go there:

HD7750
I5 2320
Normal ATX board [haven't chose one yet]
2 HDD's
Seasonic 620W S12 PSU
CPU Cooler: Mugen 3

Budget: 65$, could go 70$ if worth it

It has to be "newbie friendly", it must be black.
Optional: Side window.

Probably my favorite cheap case: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811112238
Also really good: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811119233

It's worth spending a bit of money to get a good case up front so you're not looking to replace it down the road when you update your other hardware.

No one is shipping HAF912 to my country, and K58 costs here around 115~120$.

Fractal Design Arc since it's sleek, black and has some amazing features for the price, at least here in the UK.

£110 is way too much for me, and that's after discount.
I was thinking about Source 220 or Tempest 210.
I've also seen a300 but It's not "Newbie Friendly".
That's about the budget, anything better?
