Overclocking 680 with EVGA Precision

Thread Starter
I was interested in overclocking my 680 using EVGA Precision but I'm unsure what to adjust the values to and how to check if everything is stable. Is there a general guide for doing this?

This video should provide a little info. As far as I understand it, just increase the GPU core clock offset and stress test with Unigine Heaven, that should be pretty much it.

Using the values that he used in the video and it made my BF3 FPS go from 60-75 on average to 85-110. Fan speed is at 75% (I like the noise).

Step TDP to 132%.
Set core to like 1250.
set memory to like 7000.
(Optional) Adjust fan curve if temps are a little too high.
Play games.

Do I set those in EVGA Precision or where?

I believe that he is giving you settings for the new EVGA OC software called Precision X, so if you have the older version you won't see that info.

I could be wrong.

Yeah, I see what to do now just not sure of the exact offsets to use to give me 1250 core and 7000 memory. Also, does "step TDP to 132%" mean change Power Target to 132% or is that something else?
