The black ones too. The old ones are the ones that come with the stand that are designed to sit upright. The new ones are designed to sit horizontally. Nintendo states all of the differences here:

If I didn't own one now, I'd wait for the WII U, which will likely be able to play the WII games via hardware and not software emulation.

The Darksiders 2 team is already saying the WII U is just as powerful as current consoles, which is all anyone wants, I don't care if it's not anywhere near as powerful as next gen ones.

if you're a fan of jrpg's , there's 2 good ones coming out shortly for wii, otherwise the system is dead for software and you have ~10-15 AAA titles to play through.

I don't think we really need anymore. Games already play smoothly. We only need higher res (1080p) and more fun games.

i would say not to get a Wii, an Xbox with kinect is almost the samething but better, and it also comes with an xbox

I would say yes. There are some great Wii games out there. Alot of hidden gems most people have never heard of aswell. And of course you have all the first party stuff that is always great from Nintendo. Xenoblade and Last Story have both been great recently. Check out No more Heros and Muramasa if you haven't already.
