Aesthetics aside, a totally normal 3.5g with a non rubberized top.
If you want to go strictly by significant version numbers, it's most similar to a "V4"

Thanks +rep I always thought it was a V2 Im not a mouse guru

Is there any mouse without acceleration/prediction, very lightweight, solid and flexible cable, fairly well built, excellent optical sensor, low LOD and not super uncomfortable?
Because every mouse I've read about on here seems to always have some major issue. Now I can't remember all of the issues with each mouse, but I'll try mention some off the top of my head and if perhaps someone could give me their input and maybe recommendation I'd be extremely grateful.
Steelseries Sensei: It's much too thin for a comfortable grip for me. It's sensor have positive accel. Not sure if it has prediction.
Zowie MiCO: Awful mouse feet which dig into the mousepad (personal experience), a well known bug (can't remember what it was), extremely small and not rubberized. Oh and the highest dpi option is crap.
Razer Abyssus: Jitter and more jitter apparently. Not sure if it has prediction. Awful LOD.
Zowie AM: Mouse buttons get stuck together when pressed down simultaneous. Not the most comfortable grip, but I guess that's subjective. Not sure about LOD.
Razer DeathAdder: LOD sucks once again. Other than that it seems like a great mouse. Don't really want to have to mod the mouse in hopes that it'll fix issues.
CM Storm SPAWN: High LOD, unique grip.... and uhm, can't remember if there's something else.
EpicGear Meduza: Most comfortable mouse I have ever used in my life, but it seems to me like a very gimmicky mouse with heavy prediction, probably possitive acceleration and had a few other issues as well.
Please save me from this madness! wheee.gif
EDIT: Has anyone tried TT eSports Saphira yet?

Zowie am: Lod is super low 1mm, the buttons getting stucked is solved. (one of the best options for the moment)
DeathaddeR: you can fix the LOD problem without compromising tracking, I'm doing a tutorial currently in some days I'll be posting it.
Sensei: it has a 1...5% accel it will not make you miss a lot of shots... so stop *****ing with this sensor, it's very good... think it has 7m/s of tracking speed. (you should wait for the update of this sensor, ADNS-9800 it seems that they removed the LITTLE pos accel)
Kana: it has high LOD and some prediction (less than the mx518), you will be fine with that.

Ot wait for some company to release a mouse with the new ADNS 9800 or ADNS 3095 (this is perfect at this moment, the Logitech G400 is using it)

It has come to a conclusion that all of decent mices out there at the moment didn't meet your specification, i would like you to have a look at this review:

BEST. MOUSE. EVER. PERIOD.

I've seen a few recommendations for the G700 and I would like to share my experience with it. I recently purchased it and have about a months worth of usage on it.

Pros
  • Tracking feels amazing and extremely smooth for a wireless mouse.
  • Very sleek design and very aesthetically appealing.
  • Great form and very comfortable, but my previous MX Revolution was more comfy.
  • Many DPI options and nicely placed buttons for on the fly changing (kind of overkill for most).
  • Very good teflon feet

Cons
  • The 4 side buttons feel awkward coming from the usual 2 buttons, G4 button isn't as responsive as the rest, feels mushy.
  • Battery life on MAX settings is pretty awful. By the end of the day of heavy use the battery is practically dead.
  • Corded cable is awful. Very thick and creates friction while being dragged around on the desk which makes it harder to gauge movements while gaming.
  • Software is lackluster. Doesn't even come with LGS (Logitech's gaming software), just the standard setpoint, yet it's their best gaming mouse?
  • Material on the sides of the mouse gets moist/sweaty in a warm atmosphere during long gaming sessions and becomes rather slippery.
  • Biggest gripe - The laser placement! It's placed rather high towards the top portion of the mouse. This caused me problems, as I was use to a centered position sensor. I constantly found that during very very small micro mouse movements, I would just shift the bottom portion of the mouse and it wouldn't register the movement at times because the laser portion wasn't being moved and just being rotated. You really have to be aware of the laser placement of this mouse and push the correction portion (the top) of the mouse for optimal tracking. There was actually a big thread on the Logi forums complaining about g700 small mouse movements not registering and a lot of people think it's a defect with the mouse, but it's actually the damn placement of the laser. The G500 also has the same placement, and if you look around the internet, there are a few people saying the same thing about the small movements. Google even has auto complete for the phrases "g700 small mouse movements" and "g500 small movements", so quite a few have looked up the problem.

LOD issues eh? This mouse has you covered, with a switch at the bottom that disables tracking as soon as it's depressed. ADNS-3060.
