New high. +132 / +120 / +250 1.025v 3DMark11 Validation Score 9578. That's only an +12 % OC Core +8 Memory.

So strange how over clocking too high gets me lower scores. It's like the fine line between over doing it and under doing it to achieve best results for OC'ing the new card.

It's that fine line for us to work 'with' Dynamic over clocking balance to get better results.

My graphics score 10468 mark but all together my i7 950 4.0 HT on no luck over 10000 mark total.

Anyone with higher clocks getting better scores? Anyone hit the 10K mark with single card?

Heaven 3.0 Benchmark - Everything turned up.

damn, big processing hit on the AMD FX-8120 I'm guessing, here's one I ran with exact same settings a few days back

Would running 2 monitors while taking the test make any difference?

it says you ran 1920x1080 fullscreen, you weren't running two monitors

You guys posting lower volts and high offsets are getting throttled due to temperature. Try making a fan curve that keeps the temp at 69c or less or it will cut into your boost mhz and lower the voltage from 1.175v depending on the current % TDP usage.

You shouldn't have to use a +160 offset to achieve 1277mhz core. If boost is working fully (131mhz) then you should only need +140 offset to reach 1277mhz if its not throttling.

Not all cards do same clocks at stock. thumb.gif

181mhz boost, that's uber!

I guess I just meant it as a suggestion to help rule out these extra confounding variables.

I'd be interested in testing out people's default boost to see what volts are used and temps are given w/o any overclocking.

My thought was that if you can use a lower offset to get a better OC through better temps, then why not smile.gif

I would think that most people have fan set permanently maxed for benchmarking anyway. Completely different benching profiles than real world for me smile.gif
