CM Storm Trooper vs NZXT Switch 810 vs ...?

Thread Starter
So guys, I'm buying a case for spring break and I don't know what to get. I went to Fry's and checked out the Storm Trooper and the Switch and they're both really nice cases. There's also other cases I kind of looked at, but they weren't at Fry's either.

I don't need a full tower, but I need lots of hard drive space and decent cooling.

What's your pick, OCN?

Rep to those that help me decide, once I remember to return to the thread. thumb.gif

Eh, don't really like the aesthetics of the Midi cases too much. I'd rather get the Silverstone Temjin TJ04 if I was to go a less super-rice look. tongue.gif

Not too long ago I was in the same boat. I was coming from an NZXT Vulcan and I wanted to go to a bigger case. I really wanted to go with NZXT again because I had such a great experience with the Vulcan. I was torn between the Phantom, The Switch, and their Tempest 410 elite. But then I came across the Storm Trooper thread here and fell in love with its aesthetics. The one thing that really held me back from getting the switch was the glossiness of it. If it had a matte finish I probably would have ordered it before I came across the Storm Trooper thread. In the end I'm really glad I went with the ST, has a ton of room for went ever you want to do. It is a big case though, definitely the largest case I ever owned. I have two HDs in there plus two SSDs and can easily fit more if I had too.

Well, I decided to go for the Storm Trooper since it's $150 now. Hope I like it. smile.gif
