Oh god, mods should ban for a few days those users that comment in a news section without even reading a few lines about whats going on.
So, for the uneducated ones:
a) Interplay sold the Fallout IP for nearly $6.000.000 to Bethesda
b) Bethesda licensed Interplay to develop a Fallout MMO with some terms.
c) Interplay failed to comply with those terms.
d) Bethesda went to court in order to end the contract.
So, we are discussing 2 very different things:
a) The ownership of the Fallout IP, which was legally obtained by Bethesda.
b) The trials the happened during the development of Fallout MMO.
There is nothing to discuss in the a) part, and you may want to look at how Bethesda was stalling the development by suing (in b) and, at the same time, was claiming the contract wasn't being fulfilled.
But, for gods sake, stop commenting on news articles you don't have a grasp about.
