gigabyte 990fxa ud3 voltage problem

gigabyte 990fxa ud3 voltage problem every once in a while my 5+ volt line drops to around 2 volts system is very stable im reading this in hardware monitor and otto. any of you have a idea why this is happening?

Have you watched it while in the BIOS? It could always be HWMonitor reading it wrong.
