Which one are you taking ?

I have a 21,5" but I'd say that 23" is the sweet spot. thumb.gif

I'm thinking getting a 24 would be best for me.

In other news, everything has arrived. One component came in its box, no extra boxes. Guess what it is while I take a shower ^^'

OK, got bored of waiting for responses, here goes...

First of all, the one with no extra box is the case, the Switch 810 wink.gif

I thought the 810 was going to crumple the Amazon boxes, so I took it off as soon as I took the pic tongue.gif

But yeah, the 810 came in its own box, no extra Scan boxes biggrin.gif

Here's the box of the 810, as close as I can get to the 810 frown.gif But you can see some shipping damage. Let's zoom in...

It's not big, but it's where there's no Styrofoam so I'm kinda worried. Well we'll find out tomorrow (and I'm getting up EARLY for this, if I can) and I hope it's not serious.

Just to prove to you that it's mine smile.gif

Some odd things I found on the 810:

DSC03093 by 3930K, on Flickr

It supports mITX? How tiny would the board be on it? I'm printing a mockup out tomorrow to show you. I find this odd though.

DSC03092 by 3930K, on Flickr

I found this REALLY odd. Quad SLI, but only Trifire? Odd. I never knew that reference AMD coolers were as massive as the high end DCus. I don't see their reasoning for it.

Also, you can see that it's made in China. My heart died a little inside. I thought that they manufactured in the States, like Intel!

EDIT: Oh damn, I left my adress wide open. Offending image removed while I fix it.

EDIT 2: Fixed.

It makes me sad though...

offtopic:

How do you remember to touch the case when you're building? I trust that touching it will work, but parents think I'll forget and short something.

Also, would you prefer an on time post w. no pics or a late post with them?
I built several PCs and just touching case before beginning is fine. You dont charge yourself if youre just manipulating the parts. (Just make sure to not have static source like carpet etc..)

Late post with pics. thumb.gif

OK, thanks! Going to show to parents to see if they trust OCN. thumb.gif

OK, gotcha.

G'night, going so I can wake up at 6:30, unbox, and get some pics in!

Yes, naked computer assembly is the best way tongue.gif

Jokes aside, my amount of jealousy is immeasurably high. You better take a TON of pictures.
