So i'm kind of broke and only have about $600-$650 to spend on a PC, I would like to be able to play games like COD4, BF3, TF2 etc. So I though I would ask you guys where I should buy from and what kind of processor, video card etc I should use in my price range. I know I won't be able to run these games on high settings but when I watch videos on PC it just looks so much better than Xbox so any suggestions/help is welcome. Thanks!

Take note of the rebates. That's a nice budget build. The GTX 460 is quite a nice card.

Do you plan on overclocking?
I dont think you will be able to with that mainboard.
That psu should be fine though.

Overclocking -- the art of making a processor run faster than intended.
You'll need a K processor (CPU speed is unlocked to modification)
a Z68 motherboard (has overclocking features)
and a good cooler.

it's pretty easy, there are heaps of good guides here.

He's on a 600$ budget, so as Uno suggest the I3 2100 is probably his best bet, so he'll be fine with a H board instead of a P board.
