Counter-Striker 1.6 Input Lag

I don't even know if it is imput lag, but I experience extreme amounts of 'lag' in game. Quick switch takes nearly 2 seconds. Buying weapons has delays. The only thing that doesn't seem to be delayed is actual shooting.

Any ideas on what to do or why this is happening?

If you have V-Sync on. Try turning it off.
