Are my temps high? - Page 3

I'm more concerned about GPU temps than anything. I turned HT off and went up to 4.2ghz easily with the same load temps. Reordering things won't change the total heat.

19C is pretty cold, lol. If I game for an hour my room heats up quite a bit. But still 25 idle is only 6C higher than ambient. What fans are you running?

Fans doesnt make much of a difference at idle. Good fans make a difference at loads

Yeah temps are mild in my area right now so I just keep my windows open and it stays nice and cool.

on the 360 I have 3 x Scythe Ultra Kaze at 40% power (not sure of the rpm's at that level) 2 in push one in pull just because thats the only way i could fit in the top of the phantom.

on the 240 I have 1 ap-29 and one scythe ultra kaze also at 40% power in pull.

I have some san aces 38mm i might add to the 240 once it gets warmer if i need it. I'll have to get another fan controller though.

I have 5x Ultra Kaze at maximum RPM on a 120x3 radiator with a HK block and my load temps (folding) go up to 70c-75c and idles about 45c. Some chips are hotter than others, the 920's are especially hot in some cases.

Yeah I thought these Yate Loons slow would do a better job, but you get what you pay for. They are only 6$. Can't really go wrong. My next purchase will probably include a fan controller, new fans, a new PSU and some way to measure temperatures in different points in the loop. Yeah, I overshot my budget, so might as well overshoot it some more...
