Running an H-100 and one core is 10 degrees hotter than the others....

I'm doing a stress test (Blended-P95) on a stock clocked i7-2600k with a Corsair H-100 on max. Cores 1,3,and 4 are ~52, and core 2 is 61. Could this be caused by a bad Thermal Compound application? I had to reapply the compound, and I used the grain of rice method... (Using NT-H1).
Also, these temps seem high to me.... Idle(ish) (had pandora, 5 tabs of chrome open, and d/ling a game from steam) are ~34 (core 2 at 42). However, this was with the H-100 set at min....

That is completely normal with Intel chips.

You can try rotating the H100 heatsink, it could make a difference. Also when you screw it down, make sure you screw them all a little bit at a time so the heatsink comes down straight.
