EDIT: Temperatures Updated

I am new to overclocking the Core i7 2700k, and I am looking for your input.
First of all, my system specs:

Motherboard: ASRock Z68 Extreme7 Gen3
CPU: Intel Core i7 2700k
Cooling: Corsair H80
Memory: GSkill Sniper DDR3 1866 8GB 9-10-9-28 (Default)
PSU: Antec True Power Quattro 850W
GPU: 2x Sapphire HD 6950 Dirt 3 Edition Unlocked to 6970 with Dual Bios Crossfire
HDD: Raid 0 Intel SSD 40GB x3 (750MB/s Read Speed) Haven't tested write speed.

I hope I did not miss anything:

I have achieved 4.6GHz @ 1.27v max Vcore under load. I have not fully tested Temps under 1.27v. However, here are the temps I had before I adjusted Offset Voltage

(Default Offset Voltage is +0.075)
Load Vcore under these settings is 1.36v-1.40v (Way too high for my liking, heh)

Temperatures:
30-35 Idle
66 Load under Prime 95 (8 hours)
72 Intel Burn Test (Stress Level: Standard) 10 runs
74 Intel Burn Test (Stress Level: High) 10 runs
77 Intel Burn Test (Stress Level: Very High) 10 runs

Bios Settings:

OC Tweaker:

Load Optimized CPU OC Setting: Turbo 4.6GHz
Internal PLL Overvoltage: Disabled
Intel Speedstep Technology: Disabled
Spread Spectrum: Disabled
Cpu Core Voltage: Offset Mode +0.005
CPU Load Line Calibration: Level 5 (100%)
Every other voltage setting: Auto

DRam Configuration:

Load XMP Setting: Auto
DRam Frequency: DDR3 - 1866
Timings: 9-10-9-28

Advanced Settings: CPU Configuration

Intel Hyper Threading Technology: Enabled
Enhanced Halt State (C1E): Disabled
CPU C3 State Support: Disabled
CPU C6 State Support: Enabled
Package C State Support: Auto

Any setting not mentioned is set at Auto or Default.

I did a lot of research before overclocking, since I just built this rig with the Core i7 2700k. In some places it says to disable C1E, C3, and C6. However, I chose to keep C6 on because:

C6 Disabled: CPU-Z

Idle: Vcore 1.32v constant, Frequency 4.6Ghz
Load: Vcore 1.27v Frequency 4.6GHz

C6 Enabled: CPU-Z

Idle: 0.9v to 1.0v Vcore, Frequency 1.6GHz
Load: 1.27Vcore, Frequency 4.6GHz

C6 Enabled rises my idle temps a couple degrees, due to the higher idle Vcore.

Are my settings ok?
Are my temperatures ok?
Is my Vcore too high? Too low?
What should I, or shouldn't I, change?
How do my results compare (4.6Ghz 1.27v)? What is the average?
I want to overclock higher, but I would love the input of well, those that know more than me.
