This is a good video for the novice. Except they no longer use the mask. >28nm is e-beam maskless.

mm!this made me think of an article i read!some scientist was able to make the transistor(building block of cpu)with dna or such stuff !(dont understand it lol)
can you imagine a living cpu and the item to make it is in the single digit nanometer in size!(way smaller then todays or even next gen cpu!kind of scary when you think about it !,a living cpu!beurk)
