3930k, 4,9 GHz @ 1,45 V 24/7 (w/o any power saving mode) - after ~2 months I think my CPU is degraded.

Your sig shows 4.5 @ 1.36v which is pretty good. How did you notice the degradation? it stopped booting into windows, needed more vcore to run benchmarks or stress tests...etc. Reason I ask is because it is always helpful to others who just started overclocking or wondering about degrading CPUs. cheers.
