Hybrid PhysX - ATI Rendering/nVidia Dedicated PhysX (Qns)

Hi all,

Sorry for double post, the topic in nVidia thread was getting no response.

Looking to run a hybrid setup using the workaround to have nVidia card as dedicated PhysX in and ATI rendering setup.

My question is, how powerful does the PhysX card need to be, would a GTX430 suffice?

Thanks all smile.gif

You've got me going round in circles. LOL I just posted on your other thread with this

I used to run hybrid with a GTS 450 and it ran gr8. Efficient on power also requiring only 1 x 6pin connector.

My bad, looking to pull the trigger today on a purchase and a little impatient tongue.gif

Thanks for the input, I'll look into a GTS 450. +rep

Lol, I know the feeling. Thinking of getting another 7970, I'll be honest in saying that my previous 6990 was superior for EyeFinity.
