Hey guys,

my hd just died and need something new it needs to be fast and above 700gigs or go for 128ssd for boot bf3 and maybe wow and seperate storrage disk budget of 300 euro's

300 Euros... wow... that's quite a budget for just storage lol.

I'd recommend a Crucial M4 128GB + a Samsung F3 1TB drive.

That's the set up I have now. At least here in America, the M4 is ~$130 USD. The Samsung F3, as are all other hard drives, are still crazily overpriced.

Boot times in BF3 for me improved A LOT...

Ahh well or less haha but you've installed it on the ssd?

Yep, all i did was install Windows on my SSD, then just plugged in my HDD (threw everything in a folder called old files), then moved BF3 over (with origin it's simply moving the game folder) and after copying at 150MBps... i was ready to play. Did the same with my Steam games too. You really can't go wrong.

I always did this and have several problems doing so with SC2 and WOW and even LOL lately. Really pisses me off the installers wont work with the copied over files. I used to save the registry entries to and I might just have to restart doing that.

Well, Origin and Steam are meant to do that... Not sure about SC2 and WOW... LOL hasn't given me a problem... you actually never need to install it so I don't know your problem with that one...
