Yes. These will sell as a beautiful alternative to the frozen-q resevoirs, if you can keep the cost reasonable (think t-virus res price or lower).
A couple questions, what do you use to cut the pyrex tubing? What are the dimmentions of your prototype?
A suggestion, Enclose your design in a tube, well the middle part. As I see it, you are using the pyrex tubes for the actual res (holding the water) where I think it's really the look that people care about. If you encased the tubes inside a larger tube (say 60mm dia) then the inner tubes could be filled with varying colored liquid and the water not displaced by the pyrex tubing would be the actual res. Or you could make a dual loop res, where the pyrex tubes hold water for loop a and the outside, bigger tube would hold the water for loop b.
If you made the inner part so it could fit inside a 60mm OD acrylic tube, maybe people could buy as a peripheral on for their EK resevoirs...
Just an Idea I thought I would share. I definately think you're onto something here and suggest you get a patent asap
If you need any beta testers, I would like to be #1 on that list... This would look bad@ss in my Cosmos 2 build with some pyrex tubing and some orange fluid Edited by bob808 - 4/4/12 at 11:50am
