Positive Pressure in a Antec 1200

Hey guys ive tried to revamp my old Antec 1200 because i was a bit of a Dust Vacuum.

As u may know it comes with x3 120mm intake fans front, x2 120mm exhaust rear and x1 200mm exhaust top.

I have recently swapped cpu coolers and added the Khuler 920 to my system. in doing this i replaced the stock fans of the Khuler with some noctua NF-P12's in a push/pull config exhausting out the rear of the case. And i also removed the other 120mm rear fan. replaced the 3 stock intakes with some more NF-P12's and left the stock top 200mm and running at its low setting.

Do you think this setup would be providing positive case pressure??

It really depends on what settings you have, and are comfortable with, with your fans.

Back when I had my 1200, I always had the top 200mm fan on medium or low, the back two fans on low, and then the front on medium. I felt this was the best flow for my case, but also the quietest. IF you don't care about noise, then leave the front three on the highest, the back two on medium, and the top 200 on medium or low.

But if you don't want to toy with fan speeds for your noctua's, then leave them on their default, and put the top 200mm on low or medium. That'll be the best for your setup.

Even with my NZXT phantom fully loaded with 3x 200mm fans, 1x 140mm, and 3x 120mm fans, I still miss my Antec 1200. It was, and always will be my favorite case.

Anywho, good luck with your setup! - Jessekin32.
