Here is my first impression of the MSI GTX 680 x2 biggrin.gif
I just recieved it today from UPS, damn weekend :[ (could''ve gotten it sooner).

MSI packing is really good, they taped it up and had bands all around the box. A+ packaging quality biggrin.gif
450

Its SO PRETTTYY
450

Sorry, No gfx card, i was very impatient and put it in my machine as soon as possible (All of you guys would've done the same).
450

These are the accessories that came with the box, i checked both 680 boxes, and the items were the same.
Came with a MSI Manual, Gtx 680 Drivers w/ MSI Afterburner, User's Guide, 2x 6pin to Molex Connectors, and a DVI to VGA Adapter.

Warning: No SLI Bridge, I searched everywhere and there is none. I had to use the bridge that came included with my Motherboard.
450

The 2 MSI GTX 680's Installed in my system. Cables are messy :[, but i had to go rush through my power supply pouch and find extra cables cause i was running a 6950 before XD.
Will clean up cables later tongue.gif
450

Close up of the GTX 680. ITS SO NICE! GREEEEEENN!
As you can see the SLI bridge is Asus hehe

Score: 45291

OVERCLOCKED BENCHMARKS
+110 to GPU clock
+350 to Mem clock

i tried +120 but it would crash like 10 out of 26 stages in heaven (that is without changing the voltages, will do that later biggrin.gif)

Here are the benchmarks so far.

GPU Clock: +110
MEM Clock: +350

Unigine Heaven DX11 Benchmark 3.0
Stock Settings
Score: 4101
I was wondering why the score was lower than the stock gpu clocks, then i found out that the gpu's were not being used as much, so the gpu boost never kicked in. Precision kept showing that they were only 80% load.
338

Extreme Settings
Score: 2415
For the extreme settings the gpu's were at 105%-107% all the time taking advantage of the extra gpu boost, therefore getting a sexy score biggrin.gif
338

Seeing How far these babies can go
3DMark11 Performance Preset:
Score: 17013
GPU CLOCK: +140
MEM CLOCK: +380

CPU: 5.2ghz @ 1.475 v

oh man i tried XD, i did a test before with +110/+350 with 5.2 and i only gave me ~16780
if i clocked the cards any higher it would crash :[
338

What the settings and gpu looks like while its running 3dmark11 demo
you can see gpu boost puts it a bit over 1.26ghz core clock

@Renaldy--->Dont look at total P score in Vantage because you have i7 3930k and Tamngoman only has i7 2600k ..... its abig difference in syntetic benchmark. If you want to compare it just take alook at GPU score smile.gif your SLI GTX580 already beaten by Tamngoman's SLI GTX680.

I just overclocked my single gtx 680 to +165/+450 @132%

GPU SCORE: 38589

Nice single card vs SLI scaling on that 3dmark11 test.

I'm sure you'll be posting the OC scores too right? wink.gif

cheers.gif

Edit: Question: Were your heaven benchmarks in SLI? Assuming they are but wanted to make sure thumb.gif
