New Gaming PC Budget : 1300€

Hello overclock.net,

i want to build a new computer for myself in the very near future. I do plan on playing recent and soon to come video games on a 1920x1080 Monitor with full details AA and AF.
I already do own Windows 7 64 bit and an optical drive.

So far i have come up with this :

1x Crucial m4 SSD 128GB, 2.5", SATA 6Gb/s

1x Intel Core i5-2500K, 4x 3.30GHz, boxed

1x TeamGroup Elite DIMM Kit 8GB PC3-10667U CL9-9-9-24 (DDR3-1333)

1x EVGA GeForce GTX 680, 2GB GDDR5, 2x DVI, HDMI, DisplayPort

1x Thermalright HR-02 Macho (Sockel 775/1155/1156/1366/AM2/AM3/AM3+/FM1)

1x be quiet! Straight Power E9 CM 580W ATX 2.3

1x FRACTAL-DESIGN ATX MIDI DEFINE R3

The only thing i am not quite sure about is the mainboard. I hope you can help me with this, beucase there are some factors which i do not understand. Is it better to choose a z68 or z77
mainboard? Does it matter if I take a mATX or does this decrease the performance of the mainboard?

Furthermore I do have a few questions if you dont mind:

- Is this a good Case? Does everything fit in there and does it provide good airflow and cable stuff ?

- Is the i5-2500k good to go or would it be better if I wait for Ivy Bridge to come out?

- Does the i5-2500k bottleneck the gtx 680? Is it better to take the i7-2600k?

- Is the reference gtx 680 good enough for excessive gaming and usage? I do plan on using the computer 10-15 hours a day (approx. 5 hours ~ of gaming a day) Or should i wait for a custom cooled gtx 680?

- Is there anything else i forget?

Sorry for so many questions but this is my first build pc after 5 years and i am not quite into it. If you have anything to improve on this please do so. Thank you for your help.
