reccomendation on a good cpu cooler - Page 2

One of the best 939 overclocking boards is this DFI. Just over $100. A good CPU cooler is either the thermaltake big typhoon, or if you are on a budget, the Arctic Cooling Freezer 64.

yeh the mobo waxshop pointed out will be a great option

and depending on what stepping/core your 3500 has, expect anything from 2.5ghz to 2.9ghz for your overclock

(depends on cooling/ram/psu and motherboard fsb/voltage limits)

Sounds pretty good for he price, and is cheaper to buy that and overclock my 3500+ then to get a whole new processor.

OH SNAP!!! Just more of a reason to push forward and try to overclock!

But the thing is I might have to wait for a while to get some of this stuff cause I'm on a seriously low budget.

Not sure about in-store availability. I think your best bet is to call a local store, and ask. They might be able to order one up for you.

You can trust the intenets. There are plenty of reputabe sites out there. Local computer shops are usually not knowledgable about overclocking and often arent any help, couple that with a limited selection and higher prices and you have a bad desicion. Find an online site then use www.resellerratings.com to check out customer reviews and experiences so that youll get a feel for how the buisness is
